I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS A. Call to order. B. Review and consider approval of November 29, 2023 Minutes (enclosure). C. Consider approval of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP Master Services Agreement and statement(s) of work for 2024 (enclosure). D. Discuss 2024 meeting dates. II. FINANCIAL MATTERS A. Public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure). III. OTHER BUSINESS A. Discuss Trustees and positions. IV. ADJOURNMENT [This notice to be posted at the District office, published on the Utah Public Notice Website at least 7 days prior to the meeting.]
