PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Boards of Trustees (the 'Boards'), of Red Bridge Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1 & 2 (the 'Districts'), will hold a joint meeting of the Boards on Monday, December 18, 2023, commencing at 11:00 a.m., at 6955 S Union Park Center, Suite 300, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84047 and via Microsoft Teams, at which time the Board shall proceed according to the following agenda.
I. ADMINISTRATIVE MATTERS
A. Call to order.
B. Review and consider approval of November 29, 2023 Minutes (enclosure).
C. Consider approval of CliftonLarsonAllen LLP Master Services Agreement and statement(s) of work for 2024 (enclosure).
D. Discuss 2024 meeting dates.
II. FINANCIAL MATTERS
A. Public hearing on the operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and consider adoption of the same (enclosure).
III. OTHER BUSINESS
A. Discuss Trustees and positions.
