- ORANGEVILLE CITY City Council AMENDED EMERGENCY MEETING AGENDA Wednesday, March 20, 2024 5:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City, Utah will hold an emergency meeting as provided in Utah Code Ann ยง 52-4-202, on March 20, 2024, at 5:00 pm at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider matters of an urgent nature and to address scheduling difficulties at 6:00 p.m. The agenda items are hereinafter set forth. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Open Meeting 2. Closed Session A closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual as provided in Utah Code Ann. Subsection 52-4-205(1)(a) and strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation as provided in Utah Code Ann. Subsection 52-4-205(1)(c). 3. Open Session Action Items - Ordinance No. 2024-1 Resolution No. 2024-4 Related Motions 4. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, duly appointed City Recorder for the City of Orangeville, certify that copies of the Amended Agenda for the Emergency Meeting of the City Council to be held March 20, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. were posted on the Public Website: https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, City's website: www.orangeville city.org, and City Hall: 25 North Main, Orangeville, UT. Any documents for action items will be distributed and posted immediately after the closed session ends to be discussed and acted upon in the Open Session.
