Adopting the Tooele County Transportation Master Plan as an Addendum to the Tooele County General Plan, Rachelle Custer Ordinance 2024-04 The County contracted with Jones and DeMille Engineering to provide an updated and detailed Transportation Master Plan to address items such as population and housing data, growth trends, roadway funds, and other information and studies. Approval of Surplus of Real Property Parcel Number 01-074-0-0043 Acquired through Tax Sale to Grantsville City Corp, Alison McCoy Council to approve the sale of the surplus real property to Grantsville City Corp. Property was sold via public auction through PublicSurplus.com. The starting bid was $557.65; the final sale price was $8,100.00.
