Ordinance 2024-04
The County contracted with Jones and DeMille Engineering to provide an updated and detailed Transportation Master Plan to address items such as population and housing data, growth trends, roadway funds, and other information and studies. Council to approve the sale of the surplus real property to Grantsville City Corp. Property was sold via public auction through PublicSurplus.com. The starting bid was $557.65; the final sale price was
$8,100.00. Tooele County Council authorized the sale of this parcel at their meeting held on July 11, 2023.
