- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regularly scheduled Fillmore City Planning Meeting on February 28, 2023, at 7:05 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center Street, Fillmore, Utah. The purpose of the public hearing is to receive public comment regarding adopting a new Fillmore City Annexation Policy Plan, Utah State Code ยงยง 10-2-401.

- In accordance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting must notify the city office at 75 West Center Street (435-743-5233)at least three (3) working days prior to the meeting.
