PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE is hereby given that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on
February 28, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. at the Fillmore City Council Chambers located at 75 West Center
Street, Fillmore, Utah. During this meeting, the Fillmore Planning Commission will allow affected
entities, as defined under Utah Code Ann. § 10-2-401(a), to examine the proposed annexation
policy plan for Fillmore City and provide input on it. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. § 10-2-401.5(2)(a),
the Planning Commission will consider input from affected entities provided during this meeting
and any additional written comments provided by affected entities until 10 days after this
scheduled public meeting. Following consideration of comments from affected entities, the
Planning Commission will schedule a public hearing to receive input from the public regarding the
proposed annexation policy plan.
