Public Comments/Questions for the Mayor & Council (limited to 3 minutes) 6:10 P.M. 2. Canvas. Canvas the 2023 Municipal Election. (Presenter: Laurie Hellstrom) 6:20 P.M. 3. Interlocal Agreement with Weber County. Discussion and possible consideration to approve an interlocal agreement with Weber County for delivery of municipal solid waste to the Weber County Transfer Station. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:30 P.M. 4. Weber View Roadway Dedication Plat. Discussion and possible consideration to approve a roadway dedication for existing roadway where seven parcels were inadvertently included in a prior roadway vacation in conjunction with the approval of a new development plat, located at approximately 3275 North, 3100 North and 325 West. (Presenter: Amy Mabey) 6:40 P.M. 5. Planning, Building and General Technical Assistant Position. Consideration for a closed meeting pursuant to one or more of the provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Law, Utah Code ยง 52-4-205(1). 9. Other Business. 10. Adjournment. Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, commencing at 6:00 PM. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting. The City Council at its discretion may change the order and times of the agenda items.
