Amending (Increasing) the 2024 Budget, Alison McCoy - PUBLIC HEARING Resolution 2024-02 The General Fund by $3,352,961 The Road Fund by $156,051 The Tourism Fund by $150,000 Attachments 1. Establishing the 2024 Annual Leave Cash-Out, Andy Welch Resolution 2024-01 The Council has approved funding this year for an annual leave cash-out that will be available to full-time employees in November. Rezoning 1,102.55 Acres West of South Rim from MU-40 to A-10, Trish DuClos Ordinance 2024-03 Vincent Ulibarri has requested a rezone of his 29.27-acre parcel in the Stansbury Agricultural Properties from MU-40 to A-20. Planning Staff recommends that the entire group of 26 parcels (1,102.55 acres) be rezoned to A-10 (Agriculture, Ten-Acre Minimum Lot Size) instead, to bring all parcels into compliance. Appointing and Swearing in Joy Peters as Interim Replacement Tooele County Assessor, Andy Welch Resolution 2024-03 The Tooele County Republican Party has selected Joy Peters to serve the remainder of Jake Parkinson's unexpired term of office as County Assessor. Fair Board Appointments, Jared Hamner Our heartfelt gratitude to Mindy Walters, Wyatt Harding, Paul Cook, and Douglas Webb for their dedicated service on the fair board. Delighted to announce the reappointment of Clifford Russul for another term and the welcome addition of three new fair board members: Mike Larsen, Lloyd Behunin, and Patty Deakin-Daley. B. Weeds Board Re-Appointments Darrell Johnson and Kyle Bateman have both been recommended, and have both expressed interest in being re-appointed to a 2nd term on the Tooele County Weeds Board.
