B. Tooele County Transportation Master Plan as an Addendum to the Tooele County General Plan, Micklane Farmer, Jones and Demille
Ordinance 2024-04
The County contracted with Jones and DeMille Engineering to provide an updated and detailed Transportation Master Plan to address items such as population and housing data, growth trends, roadway funds, and other information and studies. The Planning Commission voted in favor of adopting the plan.

C. Rezoning 1,102.55 Acres West of South Rim from MU-40 to A-10, Trish DuClos
Ordinance 2024-03
Vincent Ulibarri has requested a rezone of his 29.27-acre parcel in the Stansbury Agricultural Properties from MU-40 to A-20. Planning Staff recommends that the entire group of 26 parcels (1,102.55 acres) be rezoned to A-10 (Agriculture, Ten-Acre Minimum Lot Size) instead, to bring all parcels into compliance. The Planning Commission voted in favor of the whole area being rezoned to A-10.

Resolution 2024-03
The Tooele County Republican Party has selected Joy Peters to serve the remainder of Jake Parkinson's unexpired term of office as County Assessor. The County Council must now appoint her as Interim Replacement County Assessor.

B. Weeds Board Re-Appointments
Darrell Johnson and Kyle Bateman have both been recommended, and have both expressed interest in being re-appointed to a 2nd term on the Tooele County Weeds Board. If re-appointed, their term expiration dates will be December 31, 2027.
