The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 2. ROLL CALL 3. SAFETY SECONDS 4. PUBLIC COMMENT 5. PRICE CITY YOUTH COUNCIL OATH OF OFFICE - The Honorable George Harmond, Carbon County Seventh District Court Judge, will administer the Oath of Office in the Price City Hall Auditorium. 6. PUBLIC HEARING. Price City will hold a Public Hearing to review and evaluate the proposed Capital Improvement Project: Price City Culinary Water System Planning. 7. PRICE CITY CULINARY WATER SYSTEM PLANNING SCOPE-Consideration and possible approval of the proposed scope and estimated budget for the planning study of the City's culinary water system. CONSENT AGENDA 8. MINUTES for 10-26-2022 9. ALTERNATE PUBLIC DEFENDER CONTRACT AMENDMENT. Consideration and possible approval of an amendment to the Price City Alternate Public Defender Agreement between Price City and Mark Tanner. 10. TRAVEL REQUEST - Price City Police Department requesting authorization for Garrett Safely and Colton Greener to Incident Response to Terrorist Bombings in Socorro, New Mexico, November 6th - 10th, 2022. 11.
