- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION IRON COUNTY COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE General Plan Tier Change, Zone Change & Development Agreement The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at 5:30 PM, Cedar City Festival Hall - located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The Iron County Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting on Monday, March 11, 2024, Iron County Courthouse - 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah. The hearings are to receive public comment on a proposed General Plan Tier Change (Tier IV to Tier III), Zoning Map Amendment (SPA Zone) and a Development Agreement for the 'New Harmony Ranch' Village (planned master planned village community with open space, recreation, a village center, with single & multi-family residential - approximately 547 dwelling units) for property located on the north side of SR 144 along the Iron County Washington County line across from the New Harmony Library (~2900 E). Applicant: New Harmony Ranch, LLC, c/o Brad Esposito Approximately 482.86 acres located within Sections 17 & 18, T38S, R12W, SLB&M (APNs: E-0409-0001-0412, E-0409-0004-0000, E-0409-0010-0000 & E-0409-0011-0000). All interested persons are invited to attend.
