The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL:

2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed revision to the FY2025 Municipal Budget. The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing.
3. 6:40pm Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed FY2026 Municipal Budget. The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing.
4. 6:45pm Public Hearing to receive public input on North Logan City compensation changes for municipal appointed, statutory, and elected officers for FY2026. Following the public hearing, approval of an ordinance may be considered to adopt compensation changes for City Officers.
5. 6:50pm Convene as the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2025 RDA Budget and a proposed FY2026 RDA Budget. The RDA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings.
6. 7:00 - 7:10 Convene as the Local Building Authority (LBA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2025 LBA Budget and a proposed FY2026 LBA Budget. The LBA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings.
7. 7:10pm Public Hearing to receive public comment on the submission of an application to obtain financial assistance through a grant or loan from the Community Impact Board (CIB). The funding request will be used to complete the North Logan Stormwater Masterplan. This would serve the North Logan City Stormwater System.
8. Consider approval of Zoning Map Amendment (Rezone) of 6 parcels located along 1800N 800E. The rezone request seeks to upzone the subject properties from A-10 to R-1-10.
9. Consider approving the recommendations from the Fire Chief regarding the dates/times and geographic boundaries for the sale and ignition of private fireworks in North Logan City.
10. Consider approving an updated Fire Mitigation Area Map for North Logan City.
11. Consider a resolution modifying 'Article IV Leave Policy' of the North Logan City Employee Handbook, specifically related to Annual Leave accruals.
12. Consider approval of a proposed appointment to the North Logan City Planning Commission.
13. Consider approval of a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for the composition of a Master Signage and Wayfinding Plan for North Logan City.
