NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
REQUEST To hear public comment regarding an amended zoning development plan for a new mixed-use project Hidden Gardens at 2122 Orchard Drive. There is a minor conflict in the Development Plan text where it reads 'Front Yard: 20 feet' (Bountiful City Ordinance No. 2024-09, Page 2), which needs to be corrected to meet the Development Site Plan, which shows 10 feet.
DATE/TIME AND PLACE The Bountiful Planning Commission will hold a public hearing for this item on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. The public hearing will start at approximately 6:30 PM in the Bountiful City Council Chambers, 795 South Main Street, Bountiful, Utah.
COMMENT Any person having interest in these matters may attend and be heard during a public meeting.
