Regular Meeting Agenda Meeting Called to Order: Invocation or Thought by Commissioner Anderson Pledge of Allegiance by Commissioner Johnson Adoption of Meeting Agenda Meeting Minutes: Regular Meeting & Work Session for May 20, 2025 Public Comment: This is an opportunity to address the Planning Commission regarding items not scheduled for a public hearing on this agenda. Please consider others and limit your comments to three minutes. Discussion/Motion: Final Plat Application submitted by Ovation Homes for Sadie s Glenn PRD Phase 5A final plat approval. The subdivision is located at approximately 2590 S 2430 W and contains 14 lots in the PRD zone. Discussion/Motion: Final Plat Application submitted by Jake Jones for Jones Lots final plat approval. The minor subdivision is located at approximately 1185 S 3000 W and contains 3 lots in the R-2 zone. Discussion/Motion: Text Amendment Review of the zones in which Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU) are allowed and potential revisions to the ADU ordinances. Adjourn Work Session 1.
