unless additional time is authorized by the Council Chair. Citizen groups will be asked to appoint a spokesperson. This is the
time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are germane or relevant to the authority
of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response

A. PUBLIC HEARING - Budget Adjustments FY 2024-2025 appropriating: $4,975 a grant the Police
Department was awarded by the State of Utah to be used to purchase police equipment; $8,946 funds
received for police overtime shift reimbursements; $250,000 street and engineering revenues toward
related inspection expenses - Resolution 25-23 - Richard Anderson, Finance Director

A. Budget Adjustments FY 2024-2025 appropriating: $6,875 AARF Certification reimbursements for
the Fire Department; $5,146 AARF Certification reimbursements for the EMS fund; $10,700 Cache
Valley Electric donation toward a concert at the Laub Plaza; $2,500 funds donated to the Police
Department for the annual banquet; $2,508 State grant reimbursement funds for Fire Department
