ALPINE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Alpine City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Alpine City Hall, 20 North Main Street, Alpine, Utah.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the following items:
- Proposed Code Amendment - Alpine Development Code Section 3.22 Discontinuance or Abandonment of Nonconforming Uses. This amendment would update the time period for the discontinuance of a nonconforming use or structure to match the current State Code.
- Proposed Code Amendment - Amendment to Alpine Development Code Title 3.01 Definitions to add a definition for 'Adjacent Lot.'
- Proposed Material Change - Expansion of the south parking lot in Lambert Park.
