OFFICIAL NOTICE OF DISTRICT ELECTION
MAY 20, 2025
The South Davis Water District will hold an election on November 4, 2025 to elect the following offices:
Two (2) Trustees to serve a four-year term from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029.
The candidate filing period is between June 2, 2025, and June 9, 2025, Monday through Monday, except weekends and holidays. A Declaration of Candidacy must be filed in person from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 407 W. 3100 S., Bountiful, UT 84010.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Registered Voter in the district in which the individual is elected.
Maintain a principal place of residence within the district that the elected office represents, during the officer's term of office.
Pay filing fee, if one is required by municipal ordinance (South Davis Water District does not charge a filing fee).
Not convicted of a felony.
Cannot have been declared mentally incompetent.
