1. Approve purchase of irrigation water shares
2. ORDINANCE 2025-08 Amending zone Locations in chapters 32, 40, and 44 of the Virgin Land Use Code.
3. Extend an offer to Mark Meyers for the position of Town Manager subject to an agreement on salary and contract terms; authorize the mayor to negotiate said salary and contract terms and bring it back to the town council for approval
