Approval of May 6, 2025 Commission Meeting Minutes
NOTIFICATION Utah Retirement System (URS) 7-1-25 to 6-30-26 contribution rates have been set by the State Legislature. Rates will be certified by Emery County with URS, prior to 7-1-25.
Approval of Emily Huntington as a volunteer for Search and Rescue.
Approval to hire Amy Sorensen and Gavin Bernard as Seasonal Lifeguards working up to 29 hours per week, with no benefits, wage Grade 3.
NOTIFICATION Selected Ansley Staley as a part time laborer at the Road Department working up to 19.75 hours per week, wage $18.00 ph.
NOTIFICATION Selected Cambrie Jensen as a part time Office Specialist for the Clerk/Auditor's Office, working up to 19.75 hours per week, wage $15.25 ph.
Approval to give James Clark a 3% wage increase for successful completion of his orientation period and 3% COLA given the first of the year, effective 5-26-25.
Approval to reclassify Jennee Mangum, Assistant Librarian in Emery, to Grade 9. Due to successful completion of her 6 month orientation period she will move from Grade 7 to Grade 9, effective 5-26-25.
NOTIFICATION Selected Kaylee Morris as a part time Office Specialist at the Museum of the San Rafael, working up to 8 hours per week. Wage $10.50 ph.
Approval of Corrin Leamaster as a Reserve Officer, wage $16.53 ph.
