1. Discussion and possible recommendation on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Kathy and Ray Bence. Tax ID: T-168-G, current zoning is Multiple Use (MU-20).
A. Public Hearing: Public input is sought on a Nightly Rental Application submitted by Kathy and Ray Bence. Tax ID: T-168-G, current zoning is Multiple Use (MU-20).
2. Discussion and possible recommendation on a General Plan Amendment Application submitted by Jason Harris of Fieldstone Homes. The application proposes modifying the Future Land Use map to update the designation for Tax ID: T-3-0-22-3212-BR2 from Commercial to Residential. This may allow the area to support various residential uses, including the R-1-12, R-1-15, R-1-20, RM-1 and RM-2 zoning districts.
