WEST POINT CITY
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, May 22, 2025, beginning at 7:00 PM the West Point City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 3200 West 300 North, West Point City, UT. The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request to rezone approximately 4.2 acres of land located at approximately 3700 West 1300 North. The proposed rezone is from the A-40 (Agricultural/one unit per acre) zone to the R-2 (Residential/2.7 units per acre) zone. The concept plan associated with this rezone request shows a potential development of 12 building lots.
