a. Discussion and possible action to approve a Local Transportation Funding Agreement with Weber County for the Skyline Drive Rail Crossing Corridor Preservation in the amount up to $2,052,000 for the 2026 calendar year with a match from the City.
b. Discussion and possible action to approve a Local Transportation Funding Agreement with Weber County for the Elberta Drive Corridor Preservation in the amount up to $965,000 for the 2026 calendar year with a match from the City. (Andrea Zweifel)
6:45 P.M. 6. Salary for the Justice Court Judge. Set the salary for the Justice Court Judge to $36,834 for the fiscal year 2025-2026, in accordance with the salary schedule and requirements outlined by the State of Utah. (Presenter: Andrea Zweifel)

7:45 P.M. 8. Tentative Budget. Tentatively adopt the Tentative Budget for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
7:50 P.M. 9. Set Public Hearings. Set public hearings to consider amending the 2024-2025 fiscal year budget and adopting the 2025-2026 fiscal year budget
