1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on April 24, 2025.

1. Take public comment on the tentative operating and capital budget adopted on April 24, 2025, which is proposed to be adopted as the final budget for calendar year 2025.

1. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-07: A resolution of the Board of Trustees of Sawmill Infrastructure Financing District (the 'Issuer'), authorizing and approving a preliminary limited offering memorandum and a limited offering memorandum in connection with the issuance and sale of the Issuer's Special Assessment Bonds, Series 2025 (Sawmill Assessment Area); authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this resolution; and related matters.
2. Consider adoption of Resolution 2025-08: A resolution adopting a final budget for calendar year 2025.

1. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
