NOTICE AND AGENDA
Pursuant to 52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the Monroe Trails Committee of Monroe City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular committee meeting on the above date at the City Office, 10 N Main, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of business may be changed as time permits.)

3. Approve 2024-3-18 Meeting Minutes

a. Recap of 4/22 Ride with Cullen/TRAILS (Rick)
1. Review of what we learned about building accessible trails
2. Plans for next ride event with them in the fall
b. NEPA updates (Jenna)
1. Completion!
2. What's needed for amending MOU to include Foothills Trail and Nature Park
3. Cultural survey scheduling
c. Foothills Trail updates (Prescott)
1. Foothills Trail mapping by Carson
2. Other items?
d. Plan for City Council update (all)
1. Propose date to be on city council agenda (possible dates: 5/13, 5/27)
2. Provide progress updates, and present 2025 general plan
3. Discuss easement for parking and restroom access at Red Hill Hot Springs trailhead
