Public notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Planning and Zoning Commission, in accordance with Sections 11.24.030 and 10.20.060 of the Ephraim City Municipal Code, will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly make recommendation to the Ephraim City Council regarding the proposed Ephraim Commons Commercial subdivision, located at approximately 100 E 700 N.
The applicant, Josh Peterson, is requesting the subdivision to divide a portion of Assessor's Parcels S-723x2, consisting of a total of 4.5 acres, into 6 parcels, ranging between .55 and .57 acres for the purpose of commercial subdivision.
The public meeting will be held:
