Wednesday Farmers Market Main Street Workshop in Ogden Update - Kaylee & Tricia Main Street Now Conference Update - Talisa Breakout Sessions (30 = 20 min breakout 10 min group discussion) Transformation Strategy Workplan Organizational - Strengthening relationships with Tourism, Chamber, WIB, Innovation, and SBDC Economic Vitality - Business survey updates, engagement strategies, and newsletter development Design - Outdoor dining guidelines, UDOT & city collaborations (lighting, banners, sidewalk improvements, trees) Promotion - Business toolkit, digital pass, and historic downtown branding Staff Reports (10 min) Facade / Tenant and Sign Grant Update
