2. Agenda Item: The purpose of the Second CDBG Public Hearing is to discuss the two projects determined to be applied for in the CDBG Small Cities Program in Program Year 2025: Wallsburg Town Stormwater Drainage Plan and Implementation. Comments will be solicited on projects scope, implementation and their effects on residents.

2. Agenda Item: The purpose of the Out of Town Limits Water System Connections Public Hearing is to hear public comment and answer questions regarding connections of homes outside of Wallsburg Town-Limits to the Wallsburg Town Water System.

b. Main Canyon Road Project, CDBG Application Updates - Information and Discussion Only
i. Troy Ostler (CivCo Engineering) will discuss status of Main Canyon Road Phase II & 2025 CDBG applications
c. Building Permit Variance - Action Item
i. Vote to accept recommendation from Planning Commission to approve Rob Fausett to build a 12' by 22'
shed on an existing historical foundation where the old Ford store was located (20 North Center Street).
The Planning Commission recommends to grant a variance for the minimum setback for an accessory building of 30 feet to 20 feet, with the provision that Rob Fausett makes a reasonable effort to make it resemble to old Ford store- with a rendering provided to the Town Council during final approval. The Wallsburg Town Planning Commission reviewed section 4.3.4.1 of the Wallsburg Town Development Code regarding variances and feels that this structure meets the criteria required to issue a variance.
d. Out of Town Limits Water System Connections - Action Item
i. Following public comment during Out of Town Limits Water System Connections Public Hearing held on
May 1, 2025- the Wallsburg Town Council will discuss and vote on allowing connections of homes outside of Wallsburg Town-Limits to the Wallsburg Town Water System.
