NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS The Ogden City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at 5:00 pm in the City Council Chambers, 3rd Floor, Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, in Ogden, Utah to consider the following: 1. Rezone 155 W 14th Street from M-1 (Light Industrial) to C-3 (Regional Commercial) or FLEX (Flex Industrial); 2. Rezone and zoning text amendment, 768 W 24th Street from R-1-5 (Single-family Residential) to MU (Mixed-Use) with Zoning Text Amendment and Development Agreement; 3. Corridor plan, 24th Street Interchange Plan; and 4. Zoning text amendment, Amendment to parking location and design in downtown. The proposals may be viewed at the Ogden Municipal Building, 2549 Washington Boulevard, during regular business hours, or on the city's website at planningnotices.ogdencity.com The public meeting will be held in-person and electronically via Zoom in accordance with Utah Code Ann. §52-4-202 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act.
