Description/Agenda: CLINTON CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the following item is scheduled for a public hearing before the Clinton City Planning Commission at 6:00 pm on May 1, 2025 in the City Council Chambers at Clinton City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West Clinton, Utah: Review and action on a rezone request by Donald Mendenhall for 1.99 acres from A-1 (Agricultural) to R-1-15 (Residential). The property is located at 2132 West 800 North (Parcel #: 14-059-0006). The City's future land use map identifies the Eastern 1/3 of the parcel (approximately 0.70 acres) for Performance Standard Zone (PZ) commercial zoning. In addition to the rezone request, an amendment to the future land use map is proposed for this portion along with the rest of the property to be identified as R-1-15 residential. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS MEETING.
