Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Architectural Review Commission will hold a public meeting to review and take possible action on the following applications:
1. SPL-25-001 - Cottonwood Compounding
Request for a Certificate of Design Compliance for exterior remodeling work for Cottonwood Compounding Pharmacy at 7076 S. Highland Dr. The certificate is required before remodeling work can commence due to the property's location in the Gateway Overlay District.
2. BP.25.0120 - Rockworth Development
Request for Architectural Review Commission site and building design approval of a multi-family apartment building located at 6999 S. Gun Club Rd. Approval of the Commission is required by the site-specific PDD-2 zone for this project.

The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd.), in the City Council Work Room.

These materials will be posted by end of day on Friday, April 18, 2025, the week prior to the meeting. Are Public Comments Accepted at the Meeting?
Architectural Review Commission meetings are conducted as public meetings, not public hearings, and as such, public comment is not included on the meeting agenda.
