Description/Agenda

Courtesy notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Architectural Review Commission will hold a public meeting to review and take possible action on the following applications: 1. SPL-25-001 - Cottonwood Compounding Request for a Certificate of Design Compliance for exterior remodeling work for Cottonwood Compounding Pharmacy at 7076 S. Highland Dr. The certificate is required before remodeling work can commence due to the property's location in the Gateway Overlay District. 2. BP.25.0120 - Rockworth Development Request for Architectural Review Commission site and building design approval of a multi-family apartment building located at 6999 S. Gun Club Rd. Approval of the Commission is required by the site-specific PDD-2 zone for this project. When and Where? The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Cottonwood Heights City Hall (2277 E. Bengal Blvd.), in the City Council Work Room. How Can I Learn More about the Project? The meeting agenda and staff report for this project will be posted online to the city website. These materials will be posted by end of day on Friday, April 18, 2025, the week prior to the meeting. Questions about the project can be directed to city staff at planning@ch.utah.gov, or 801-944-7000. Are Public Comments Accepted at the Meeting? Architectural Review Commission meetings are conducted as public meetings, not public hearings, and as such, public comment is not included on the meeting agenda. For those wishing to inquire about the project, please utilize the instructions provided above in the 'How Can I Learn More about the Project' section, or attend the public meeting to listen in.
