- 1. Call to Order Consider approval of the Agenda Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of Minutes Consider approval of the February 10, 2025, regular meeting minutes. 3. Financial Matters Consider approval of January - February 2025 disbursements. Consider approval of January - February 2025 budget to actual revenue and expense report. 4. District Manager Position Consider approval of new District Manager Position 5. Open and Public Meetings Act Training Training for board members regarding compliance with the Open and Public Meetings Act. 6. District Policy Changes Consider approval of a resolution to change the District policy regarding salaried employee PTO accrual. Consider approval of a resolution to clarify eligibility for residents for solid waste services at the landfill and transfer stations. 7. Phase 3 Funding Consider approval to bid for the demolition of the old scale house, not to exceed seven hundred thousand dollars ($700,000). 8. Agreements Consider approval for acceptance of glass recyclable materials from Empire Waste. 9. District Updates State Review of Asbestos Dumped at Landfill: Update on the results of the state review. Discussion of interim handling of District affairs. Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for new infrastructure - Friday, June 6th 9:00 AM. 10. Closed Session Discuss the character or professional competence of an individual. 11. Adjourn
