- ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Thursday, February 6, 2025 7:00 PM PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on February 6, 2025 at 7:00 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 10. Open Meeting 11. Pledge of Allegiance 12. Approval of minutes of last meeting 13. Citizen's concerns (five minute time limit) 14. Business License - Travis Richards 15. Annexation request recap 16. Double wide trailer - Candice Justesen 17. Smaller house on same property 18. Short-term Rental Ordinance 19. Short-term Rental distance apart 20. Zoning Administrator report 21. City Council report In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation (including Auxiliary aids and service) during the meeting should notify Orangeville City Hall at (435) 748-2651 at least 12 hours before the meeting.
