Kristine Conley, Recreation and Arts Manager, will provide a report on the department's current strengths, challenges, weaknesses, and opportunities.
4. Park Watch Reports
Commissioners will report on issues and concerns identified during their visits to assigned park areas during the month.
5. Key Information for the Park and Recreation Commission's to Know
Update on I-15 Interchange, Ongoing staffing issues affecting operations, and updated Pond Status.
5. Organizational Items
To review and discuss volunteer opportunities, upcoming events, and other key items to align with the commission's annual goals.

Director's Report
Eric Howes, Director, will update the Commission on the progress and status of ongoing capital projects.
