The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council:
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-08
March 25, 2025
This Ordinance repeals Title 1 - Administration, Chapter 16B - Code Enforcement - Administrative Code Enforcement, Section 22 - Code Enforcement Funds and Accounting in the Clearfield City Code.
CLEARFIELD CITY ORDINANCE 2025-09
March 25, 2025
This Ordinance makes amendments to recreation fees, building rental fees, Aquatic membership fees, solid waste fees, and enacts green waste fees.
