NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL
Notice is hereby given that the Municipal Council of Provo, Utah will hold a public hearing on the following item during the Council Meeting that will take place on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at the Provo City Center Building, 445 West Center Street, Provo, Utah. Anyone interested is invited to attend.
Provo City Municipal Council will consider a resolution approving the creation of the Slate Canyon Public Infrastructure District and the associated governing document. The resolution includes provisions relating to the District's boundaries, governance structure, debt authorization, maximum debt mill levy, and taxation or assessment authority. The proposed governing document and resolution are available for public review at the Provo City Recorder's Office and on the City's website at www.provo.gov. This notice is provided in accordance with Utah Code ยงยง 17B-1-211 and 63G-30-102.
