The Grantsville City Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows:

a) Consideration of the proposed amendment to the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code, Chapter 4.16 (Clear view of Intersection Streets).
b) Consideration of the proposed plat amendment for Matthews Meadows. The amendment seeks to adjust lot setbacks and separate the retention basin from lot 116.

2. Consideration of the appeal by Mike Wahlin, regarding the Planning and Zoning Administrator decision to deny the request to build a garage the encroaches 2.5 feet into the Public Utility Easement, located at approximately 212 N Hatchet Ranch.
