Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, March 27, 2025, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider:
1. Consideration of a request to rezone approximately 7.3 acres of property located at 795 South Main Street from A-2 to RA-1 with a concept plan for 4 new 1-acre lots. The applicant is Grace Huffaker.
2. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code Title 18 regarding standards for Residential Accessory Buildings.
The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting.
