- REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS PREREQUISITES FOR DIRECTIONAL BORING Kaysville City will be choosing a directional boring contractor to be the cities primary contractor over the course of 3-5 years to assist in the boring of new electrical lines as we rebuild old infrastructure throughout the City of Kaysville. If you would like to be considered, please submit the requested prerequisite information for directional boring of electrical lines. The Request for Proposal, accompanying documentation and contact information are available at https://www.kaysville.gov/Bids.aspx. Proposals must be received by Kaysville Power Department no later than 5:00 PM, Thursday, March 6, 2024. Email submissions will be accepted. Late proposals will not be accepted. Posted on the Utah Public Notice Website https://www.utah.gov/pmn/, the Kaysville City Website https://www.kaysville.gov/ and at Kaysville City Hall, 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, UT.
