NOTICE OF SPECIAL REGULAR MEETING OF THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ST. GEORGE,
WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH

Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a special regular meeting in the Conference Room at the Dixie Power Administration Building at 145 West Brigham Road, St. George, Utah, on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, commencing at 8:30 a.m.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1. Request a closed meeting to discuss litigation, security, property acquisition or sale or the character and professional competence or physical or mental health of an individual.
2. Consent Calendar.
a. Consider approval of a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) with MRW Design Associates Inc. for the design and construction documents for the re-development of the Dixie Sunbowl.
BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION: This PSA is to provide design and construction documents for the re-development of the Dixie Sunbowl. This includes preliminary design, design development, construction documents, plan review/permitting, and construction support. The goal is to have the project ready to start construction immediately after the Dixie Roundup Rodeo in September. Staff recommends approval.
b. Consider approval of an Amendment to Master Deed Restrictions and Housing Agreement for The Point (Friends of Switchpoint, Inc) Affordable Housing Project.
BACKGROUND and RECOMMENDATION: A Development Agreement and Master Deed Restrictions were recorded in 2022 to guarantee low income housing within the City. Staff recommends approval.
3. Adjourn and reconvene in a Work Meeting of the City Council.
