PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that this Ash Creek Special Service District Board
will hold its regular meeting on Thursday, the 27 day of February 2025,
at the Ash Creek Office Building at 1350 South Sand Hollow Road,
Hurricane, Utah 84737

3. Public comments: Public Participation (no action will be taken on any item until it is properly agendized). easement abandonment at the Sky View Development.
b. Discussion and motion of waiving an impact
fee for a county EOC building and related pioneering agreement for Dennet Construction.
c. Discussion and possible motion approving the Division of Water Quality 2024 Municipal Wastewater Planning Program.
d. Discussion of zoning revision for resort recreational zones.
e. Superintendent's report on other operational
matters.
