DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA
PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually.
1. Approval of Minutes
A. February 19, 2025.
2. Site Plan
A. DB INDUSTIRAL LOT 1. This proposal involves the development of an industrial property located at 3546 North 1150 West.
3. Preliminary Plat & Zone Change
A. WHISPERING PINES ZONE CHANGE. This proposal involves changing the zoning from I-1 and C-1 to P-F, C-1 and R-3 with the Master Planned Development Overlay to allow for a residential development located at approximately 3600 East Powerhouse Road.
B. WHISPERING PINES SUBDIVISION. This proposal involves the approval of a Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development with 579 residential lots/units to be located at approximately 3600 East Powerhouse Road.
4. Concept Review
A. WALMART PICKUP EXPANSION CONCEPT.
B. SEVEN BAR RANCH CONCEPT.
5. Title 15 Amendments
A. TITLE 15 REIMBURSABLE PROJECTS. This proposal involves updating eligible design costs that are being made to the City's Reimbursable costs under 15.4.12.070 Reimbursable Projects.
6. Discussion
A. PETERSON - RIVER BOTTOMS ROAD ANNEXATION.
B. STEPHENS - HILL ANNEXATION.
