APPLICANT: David Gardner
REQUEST: David Gardner has submitted an application with Lindon City requesting an amendment to the Lindon City General Plan Street Master Plan Map. The proposed amendment seeks to
remove the remaining segment of the future 800 N./1200 E. major collector street from the street master plan map (east of 400 E). The 800 N./1200 E. major collector street is currently
planned to extend from approximately 400 E. to approximately 212 N. Queensland Court, as shown on the map on the reverse side of this notice.
The Lindon City Planning Commission serves as the recommending authority for amendments to the Lindon City General Plan. After thoroughly reviewing the request,
the planning commission will forward its recommendation to the city council, which will make the final decision regarding the proposed amendment to the Lindon City
General Plan Street Master Plan Map.
TIME & PLACE OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on this item on February 25, 2025. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. The City recommends emailing any comments prior to the
meeting to planningdept@lindon.gov or providing written comments to the Lindon City Community Development Department. All emailed and written comments will be provided
to the planning commission prior to the meeting. During public meetings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony. Interested
parties can view the meeting through a live broadcast at www.youtube.com/LindonCity.
