Follow up on neighboring parcel survey (Wyatt), and vote on application. 4. Review Soper parcels lots split, receive application, provided feedback. 5. Taylor Parcel (Lot 103, Golden Cedar Estates) C.U.P., receive application, review site plan, vote for public hearing. 6. Review Berry Parcel overall concept lot layout/ provide feedback. 7. Review language for 2 acre zone (Bart & Lynette) 8. Review proposed zone map (Bart & Lynette), schedule public hearing. 9. Old business; update on landowner annexation meeting; scheduling ect. 10. Update from Mayor Cook 11. Public Comment 12. Adjourn
