Further discussion on monument sign restrictions, especially regarding size.
Consider creating an overlay zone to distinguish between the downtown core and surrounding areas.
Further discussion on zoning boundaries for downtown versus historic districts.

Sign Ordinance & Final Recommendations: - Brent
How to regulate murals and ghost signs.
Don was going to check with different cities to get an idea of their ordinances on these and also consult legal.
Letter for Talisa to remind businesses about ordinance regarding items like A frames, feather signs, and similar materials.
Adjusting the Use Table to remove large fuel stations and include farmers markets.

1. Propose innovative and efficient ways to effectively invest in the Historic Downtown district.
2. Propose economically viable policies that are conducive to the economic health and preservation of Historic Downtown.
