in the Council Room of Lindon City Hall, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. The meeting will begin at 6:00
p.m. This meeting may be held electronically to allow a commissioner to participate by video or teleconference.

Matt Libutti is requesting an exception from the planning commission on the sport court in their backyard.
Modifications to allowed sport court fence height and setbacks can be given through planning commission

5. Major Subdivision Recommendation - Bylund Farms Phase 1 - Approx. 271 N 400 E.
The applicant is requesting preliminary approval to subdivide six (6) single family home lots in the R1-20 zone
at approximately 271 N 400 E. This is the first of three (3) planned phases. (Parcel ID: 14:071:0317,

6. Concept Review - Lindon Jack-Dunkin - 550 N State Street
The applicant has applied for a concept review to construct two (2) stand-alone drive-thru restaurants, three
live-work units and three (3) commercial units (Parcel ID: 45:819:0002). A Concept Review allows applicants to
receive planning commission feedback and comments on proposed developments. No formal approvals or
motions will be given, but general feedback is typically provided. (20 minutes)
