7. Discussion and action to consider a pending Ordinance 2025-02 for a Temporary Land Use Regulation suspending the permitted use for 'Banks or Financial Institutions' in the
Commercial Zone and the Planned Development Commercial Zone to allow for the creation of modifying regulations for the permitted use. Presented by Jim McNulty, City Planner.
8. Discussion and action to consider approval of Resolution 2025-04 to amend the Interlocal Agreement with Utah Tech University, Ivins City, Hurricane City, Santa Clara City, Washington
City, and Washington County to dissolve the Community Education Channel and distribute its assets. Presented by Jarett Waite, Councilmember.
