NOTICE TO BIDDERS Statements of Qualifications and Interest will be received electronically via Bonfire until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 for the following project: PUBLIC INFORMATION & COMMUNICATION SERVICES, JOB NO. ONC25001. Statements of Qualifications and Interest delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Statements of Qualifications and Interest including other required documents as outlined in section 1.8 of Document 00300 will not be accepted. INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: The scope of work and submittal requirements will be available on January 24, 2025. The documents can also be viewed and downloaded at the following website: https://utah.bonfirehub.com/portal/?tab=openOpportunities To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with the Utah Public Procurement Place (Bonfire): https://vendorsupport.gobonfire.com/hc/en-us The work consists of, but is not limited to, the following services for various City projects: a) Providing information related to projects to the community; b) In person meetings with stakeholders, including property owners adjacent to the project area, community council meetings, community conversations on challenging project impacts; c) Preparation of content for SLC project specific websites and outreach materials (email, flier, poster) for various City projects. The term of service shall be from May 1, 2025 to April 30, 2028. This is a four-year contract but can be amended to add an additional one (1) year extension. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Interest or to waive any informality or technicality in any Statement of Qualifications and Interest if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
