Public notice is hereby given that the Coalville City Council will conduct a Public Hearing to review, discuss, receive comment, and possibly take action on the proposed Fairview Estates Subdivision Phase 2 Preliminary Plat, and Phase 1 Plat Amendment. The property is located at approximately 134 Dobbs Drive, including CT-330-A (2.08 acres).
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, February 10, 2025, beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Coalville City Hall located at 10 North Main.
The proposed project includes a Preliminary Subdivision Plat on Parcel CT-330-A with 4 single-family lots, including 2 units of density being transferred from Phase 1 Subdivision through a Plat Amendment. The applicant is also proposing to construct a foot bridge across Chalk Creek with dedication of a 50-foot-wide access easement from Dobbs Drive to Chalk Creek.
All interested persons may attend in person or virtually and make public comment. Written comments may also be emailed to Coalville City at cityhall@coalvillecity.org.
