- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request to amend the Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone located at 951 S River Road. The applicant is seeking approval of their design and site plan for a new building on the subject property which is approximately 0.43 acres. The total building area is 5,000 square feet and 22 feet in height. The site is located on the east side of River Road, approximately 250 feet south of 900 South. The applicant is Civil Science and the representative is Brandee Walker. The project will be known as 951 River Road Commercial. Case No. 2025-PDA-001.
